Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Minimum five years relevant experience in foodservice or dietetics management
  • Certified Dietary Manager certification preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse and team-oriented environments
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in institutional management, dietetics, or equivalent
  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification or related credentials
  • Minimum of five years progressive experience in dietetics or healthcare foodservice management
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience managing budgets and financial reports

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day management of the Food and Nutrition Services department
  • Develop and manage program budgets and financial performance
  • Implement policies and procedures related to foodservice operations and expense management
  • Lead staff hiring, training, supervision, and performance evaluation
  • Coordinate quality improvement programs and customer satisfaction initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
