Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Minimum five years relevant experience in foodservice or dietetics management
- Certified Dietary Manager certification preferred
- Ability to work effectively in diverse and team-oriented environments
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in institutional management, dietetics, or equivalent
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification or related credentials
- Minimum of five years progressive experience in dietetics or healthcare foodservice management
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience managing budgets and financial reports
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day management of the Food and Nutrition Services department
- Develop and manage program budgets and financial performance
- Implement policies and procedures related to foodservice operations and expense management
- Lead staff hiring, training, supervision, and performance evaluation
- Coordinate quality improvement programs and customer satisfaction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with regional leadership to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
