Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the hotel industry
- General Manager experience preferred
- Ability to interact with others in an honest, fair, and respectful manner
- Proven track record of meeting budgets, understanding P&L statements, and cost controls
- Sales and revenue management experience preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and hotel brand systems

Job Duties
- Generate maximum financial and operational performance within company direction and established policies and procedures
- Develop and nurture a team of management and line staff directed towards achieving hotel goals and priorities
- Fully implement and utilize integrated goal planning and performance appraisal processes
- Provide first-rate hospitality to every guest
- Lead the hotel in an entrepreneurial fashion focusing on opportunities to build and expand business volume
- Ensure compliance with HR, safety, security, and risk management standards
- Hold leadership teams accountable for fostering associate engagement, overseeing training, managing performance, and driving succession planning
- Actively manage guest recovery scores and online reputation
- Maintain and support the organization's professional image and high ethics
