Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business or related field
- At least five years of management experience overseeing rooms operations
- Experience with financial management and revenue strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Punctual and reliable attendance record
- Proficiency with Windows operating system
- Prior experience with property management systems (PMS) preferred
- English language proficiency
- Ability to travel extensively
- Capability to handle physical demands including frequent walking and lifting up to 25 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business or related field
- Five or more years’ experience in management supervising rooms operations with exposure to financials and revenue management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong aptitude in financial management, financial reports and analysis
- Punctuality and reliable attendance
- Computer knowledge in Windows environment and prior experience with various PMS systems desirable
- English speaking required
Job Duties
- Assist in the development of short and long-range plans for performance and profitability of the property
- Supervise the performance of department managers and their respective departments
- Assist with recruiting and development of staff
- Ensure that property positioning is consistent with the brand to ensure the effectiveness of the property marketing strategy
- Develop, implement, monitor and achieve the objectives of the Annual Operating Plan, including sales strategies and revenue management
- Develop and supervise programs that promote a positive work environment for all associates
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and feedback to establish plans for constant improvement
- Protect and enhance the value of the hotel through appropriate programs in repairs and maintenance
- Review and support all revenue generation and operating expenses
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership
