Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of management experience in contract foodservice operations
- Proven experience in managing large-scale sports venue operations
- Experience with financial management and budgeting
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and events
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
- 7-10 years of management experience in high-volume contract foodservice operations
- Proven experience managing operations in major sports venues with revenues exceeding $50 million
- Experience opening new sports venues highly desired
- Strong background in sustainability initiatives
- Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and operational accountability
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
Job Duties
- Oversee people, processes, budgets, and expenses while fostering a culture of service excellence
- Deliver exceptional hospitality services across concessions, luxury suites, catering, and premium clubs
- Maintain strong client relationships through communication, operational efficiency, and financial practices
- Develop and manage vendor partnerships ensuring consistent product and service delivery
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing management team supporting union and non-union staff
- Optimize staffing levels to balance guest satisfaction and profitability
- Establish pricing and operational strategies within approved budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, maintenance, and regulatory standards
- Oversee financial performance including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cash handling, inventory control, and payroll systems
