Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of management experience in contract foodservice operations
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale sports venue operations
  • Experience with financial management and budgeting
  • Ability to lead and develop teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and events

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
  • 7-10 years of management experience in high-volume contract foodservice operations
  • Proven experience managing operations in major sports venues with revenues exceeding $50 million
  • Experience opening new sports venues highly desired
  • Strong background in sustainability initiatives
  • Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and operational accountability
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels

Job Duties

  • Oversee people, processes, budgets, and expenses while fostering a culture of service excellence
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality services across concessions, luxury suites, catering, and premium clubs
  • Maintain strong client relationships through communication, operational efficiency, and financial practices
  • Develop and manage vendor partnerships ensuring consistent product and service delivery
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing management team supporting union and non-union staff
  • Optimize staffing levels to balance guest satisfaction and profitability
  • Establish pricing and operational strategies within approved budgets
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, maintenance, and regulatory standards
  • Oversee financial performance including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cash handling, inventory control, and payroll systems
