Job Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of supervision or management experience in a restaurant environment
  • Ability to train, guide, and lead management staff
  • Ability to work with a high degree of independence and discretion
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, mathematical, and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Instruct, train, and develop the restaurant team to create an enthusiastic environment where individuals are recognized and rewarded for achieving personal goals
  • Train new management employees to develop and supervise the team
  • Responsible for overall hiring of hourly employees
  • Ensure adequate restaurant staffing to maximize customer service and sales efforts
  • Work to maximize sales and profits within the restaurant
  • Responsible for all cash controls and compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with the district manager to prepare and execute local marketing, sales, and promotional efforts to increase sales volume and customer traffic
  • Order, count, and maintain all food and paper inventories
  • Ensure all safety procedures are followed within the restaurant
