Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Instruct, train, and develop the restaurant team to create an enthusiastic environment where individuals are recognized and rewarded for achieving personal goals
- Train new management employees to develop and supervise the team
- Responsible for overall hiring of hourly employees
- Ensure adequate restaurant staffing to maximize customer service and sales efforts
- Work to maximize sales and profits within the restaurant
- Responsible for all cash controls and compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with the district manager to prepare and execute local marketing, sales, and promotional efforts to increase sales volume and customer traffic
- Order, count, and maintain all food and paper inventories
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed within the restaurant
