  • Experience leading high-performing teams

Job Duties

  • Lead, direct and manage all hotel operations including budgeting and forecasting
  • Oversee strategic planning and service initiatives
  • Lead and manage balanced scorecard performance
  • Implement and comply with company policies and standards
  • Oversee sales and marketing initiatives
  • Lead and develop the executive team
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns
  • Participate in hotel-wide meetings and facilitation
  • Ensure guest and team member satisfaction
  • Monitor and develop team member performance
  • Recruit, interview and train team members
  • Oversee service quality, operational efficiency and compliance
  • Identify operational performance and productivity gaps and implement corrective measures
  • Serve as primary liaison with hotel owners and corporate entities
