Job Requirements
- 2-year degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major with 6 years mixed management experience
- 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major with 4 years mixed management experience
- Management experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations
- Strong understanding of financial and operational performance
- Ability to lead, manage, and develop associates
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Willingness to uphold brand standards and culture
- Capacity to build relationships with stakeholders
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and associate engagement
Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 6 years mixed management experience

- Proven leadership skills in hotel or property management
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales and marketing strategy development
- Ability to lead diverse teams and drive employee engagement
- Knowledge of revenue management and operational performance metrics
- Skills in human resource management and staff development
Job Duties
- Manage general property performance
- Oversee and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Drive profitability and revenue generation
- Lead the development and implementation of property-wide strategies
- Build strong relationships with key customers and support the sales process
- Manage human resource activities including performance reviews, training, recruitment, and associate engagement
- Prepare and present financial and operational reports to stakeholders
- Act as project manager for capital improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with brand service standards and property maintenance
- Support communication and reinforcement of Residence Inn’s culture
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to meet business goals
- Manage property operational budgets and labor flow
- Conduct property critques and business reviews
- Facilitate associate development and cross-training
