Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous general manager experience in high volume quick service or similar environment
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple teams effectively
- Effective communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Job Qualifications

- Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- Background in hospitality or retail can be advantageous
- Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leaders to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and coach a team of Department Managers to meet their departmental objectives
- Monitor progress and provide direction to improve departmental performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
