Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous general manager experience in high volume quick service or similar environment
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple teams effectively
  • Effective communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience running high volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
  • Background in hospitality or retail can be advantageous
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Work with leaders to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead and coach a team of Department Managers to meet their departmental objectives
  • Monitor progress and provide direction to improve departmental performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and customer service
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
