Job Requirements

  • minimum 2 years' hotel general manager or 3 years' hotel manager experience managing a property with revenues of $20m and 250 rooms
  • proven expertise in capital expenditure management
  • proven leadership in building and sustaining high-performing teams
  • ability to build and maintain successful ownership relationships
  • strong commercial acumen with background in financial management and revenue optimization

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 2 years' experience as a hotel general manager or 3 years' experience as a hotel manager managing properties with $20 million revenue and 250 rooms
  • proven expertise in capital expenditure management
  • demonstrated leadership in team building and fostering a culture of collaboration
  • strong financial management and commercial acumen
  • prior experience managing urban or convention hotels preferred
  • experience with property renovations considered an asset
  • familiarity with Hilton brand and local market experience preferred
