Job Requirements
- four year college degree or equivalent relevant experience
- five plus years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail industries
- proven success in building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
- experience building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, investors, ownership groups, and vendors
- experience managing a budget and or profit and loss
- proficiency with industry software such as yardi and computer programs
- strong financial skills with basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles gaap
- outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- sharp professional appearance

- Four year college degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Five plus years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail industries
- Proven success in building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
- Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, investors, ownership groups, and vendors
- Experience managing budgets and profit and loss statements
- Proficiency with industry software such as YARDI and other relevant applications
- Strong financial skills with knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members effectively
Job Duties
- Lead by example and be a role model for the standards and behaviors consistent with Bozzuto core values and culture
- Inspire the team to effectively execute sales, marketing, and operational activities that achieve budgeted occupancy and customer retention goals
- Manage the financial performance of the property according to the established budget
- Coach all team members to understand their contribution to the overall goals
- Create and deliver timely and accurate financial and operational performance reports to clients and ownership groups
- Cultivate and maintain strong, loyal relationships with owners, residents, employees, and vendors
- Be an expert on the competitive marketplace and coach the team to differentiate the community and Bozzuto from competitors
- Partner with consumer marketing to implement strategies positioning the community as a destination for engaged living
- Create an operating environment that assures consistent guest satisfaction and excellent customer reviews
- Work weekends approximately one weekend per month and take days off during the week
- Inspire professional growth and development of all team members through knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Support participation in training and educational opportunities
- Assist team members actively, with no task considered below responsibility
- Maintain an impeccable community environment
- Engage in meaningful conversations demonstrating concern and care for residents and team members
