Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in general management preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
  • Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills

  • Effective team management and development abilities
  • At least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald's critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead and coach a team of Department Managers to improve their departments
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Follow up on progress and provide direction to staff
  • Ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement
