Job Requirements

- Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald's critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and coach a team of Department Managers to improve their departments
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Follow up on progress and provide direction to staff
- Ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement
