Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent supervisory experience in food service
- at least 2 years of managerial experience in fast-food or restaurant operations
- strong leadership capabilities
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- knowledge of operational and safety standards
- ability to manage budgeting and financial controls
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a food service environment
- proven experience in a managerial role within the fast-food or restaurant industry
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- excellent communication and customer service abilities
- knowledge of McDonald's operational standards is a plus
- flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends
Job Duties
- ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and meets McDonald's high standards for quality, cleanliness, and service
- monitor and manage food safety, product quality, and food preparation processes
- recruit, train, and develop a team of department managers
- create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and motivation
- ensure exceptional customer service
- monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on customer satisfaction surveys
- oversee financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
- maximize profitability through effective cost management and sales growth
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as McDonald's policies and procedures
- conduct regular safety and sanitation inspections
