Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent supervisory experience in food service
  • at least 2 years of managerial experience in fast-food or restaurant operations
  • strong leadership capabilities
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • knowledge of operational and safety standards
  • ability to manage budgeting and financial controls

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a food service environment
  • proven experience in a managerial role within the fast-food or restaurant industry
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • knowledge of McDonald's operational standards is a plus
  • flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends

Job Duties

  • ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and meets McDonald's high standards for quality, cleanliness, and service
  • monitor and manage food safety, product quality, and food preparation processes
  • recruit, train, and develop a team of department managers
  • create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and motivation
  • ensure exceptional customer service
  • monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on customer satisfaction surveys
  • oversee financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
  • maximize profitability through effective cost management and sales growth
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as McDonald's policies and procedures
  • conduct regular safety and sanitation inspections
