Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a salaried manager
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality and food & beverage
  • Certified in Food Safety
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, R365 and Point-of-Sale systems
  • Understanding of P&L budgeting process
  • Ability to oversee payroll accuracy and process
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness, sanitation and food & beverage quality standards
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to conduct meetings and deliver behavioral feedback
  • Physical stamina to work long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks timely and efficiently
  • Open and honest communication
  • Adaptability and resilience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality and food & beverage
  • Previous experience as a salaried manager
  • Certified in Food Safety
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, R365 and Point-of-Sale systems
  • Strong understanding of P&L budgeting process
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to interview and train staff
  • Experience in handling guest feedback and service recovery
  • Ability to conduct meetings and deliver performance feedback

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations and ensure compliance with sanitation and food safety standards
  • Analyze P&L statements to identify strengths and opportunities
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy
  • Conduct interviews, hire competent team members and oversee training
  • Provide specific behavioral feedback through meetings and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with Operations Specialist to deliver cascading messages
  • Attend quarterly P&L and EOS events
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation and service quality
  • Handle guest feedback positively to improve food, beverage and service quality
  • Conduct weekly Level 10 meetings
  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly operational checklists
  • Use Getting What You Want tool to accomplish assigned rocks
