Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a salaried manager
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality and food & beverage
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, R365, and Point-of-Sale systems
- Certified in Food Safety
- Ability to comprehend and analyze P&L budgeting processes
- Ability to oversee payroll accurately and timely
- Capacity to maintain standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and food & beverage quality
- Ability to write and deliver detailed behavioral feedback
- Capability to interview, hire, and train competent team members
- Ability to conduct weekly Level 10 meetings
- Willingness to work 14-18 hour shifts up to 6 days per week
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Open availability for nights and weekends
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee restaurant operations and ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Manage payroll accuracy and process payroll in a timely manner
- Conduct weekly Level 10 meetings and quarterly performance reviews
- Handle hiring, training, and development of competent team members and Certified Trainers
- Analyze P&L budgets and generate reports to identify strengths and opportunities
- Maintain high standards for restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, and food and beverage quality
- Respond proactively to guest feedback and work to improve service and quality
