Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a salaried manager
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality and food and beverage
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, R365 and Point-of-Sale systems
- Food Safety certification
- Ability to comprehend and analyze P&L budgeting process
- Ability to oversee payroll accuracy and process
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation and quality
- Ability to provide behavioral feedback and conduct reviews
- Ability to interview, hire and train staff
- Ability to work 14-18 hour shifts, up to 6 days per week
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Open availability to work nights and weekends
- Minimum 5 days, 35-45 hours per week
- Ability to attend quarterly financial and EOS meetings
- Ability to adapt and demonstrate resilience
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality and food and beverage
- Previous experience as a salaried manager
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, R365 and Point-of-Sale systems
- Food Safety certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets
- Experience in hiring, training and developing staff
Job Duties
- Oversee restaurant cleanliness, sanitation and food and beverage quality
- Manage P&L budgeting process and analyze operational data
- Ensure payroll accuracy and timely processing
- Interview, hire and train competent team members
- Develop Certified Trainers within the team
- Deliver behavioral feedback through meetings and performance reviews
- Conduct weekly Level 10 meetings and maintain checklists
