Job Requirements

  • Prior managerial experience in hospitality
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Food safety certification
  • Proficient with relevant software including Word, Excel, Outlook, R365, POS systems
  • Ability to oversee payroll and budgeting
  • Strong communication and feedback skills
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
  • Ability to work long hours and perform physical tasks
  • Capacity to handle guest feedback constructively
  • Ability to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Open and honest communication
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to team culture

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a salaried manager
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in hospitality and food and beverage
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, R365, and Point-of-Sale Systems
  • Certified in Food Safety
  • Comprehension of P&L budgeting and data analysis
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to write and deliver behavioral feedback
  • Experience interviewing, hiring, and training staff
  • Ability to conduct meetings and manage operational checklists

Job Duties

  • Oversee payroll accuracy and process in a timely manner
  • Maintain high standards for restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, and food and beverage quality
  • Write and deliver accurate behavioral feedback through meetings and reviews
  • Interview, hire competent team members and oversee training
  • Work with Operations Specialist to deliver company messages
  • Seek and respond positively to guest feedback
  • Conduct weekly Level 10 meetings
  • Curate and complete daily, weekly, and monthly operational checklists
  • Attend quarterly P&L review meetings and EOS events
  • Assist all team members to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations
