Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a salaried manager
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality and food and beverage
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, R365, and Point-of-Sale systems
- Certification in Food Safety
- Understanding of P&L budgeting and financial analysis
- Ability to oversee payroll accuracy and processing
- Capacity to maintain restaurant cleanliness and quality standards
- Ability to deliver accurate behavioral feedback
- Skills in interviewing, hiring, and training staff
- Ability to conduct and participate in weekly and quarterly meetings
- Capacity to handle 14-18 hour shifts and physical demands
- Open availability including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality and food and beverage
- Previous experience as a salaried manager in the hospitality industry
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, R365, and Point-of-Sale systems
- Certified in Food Safety
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and budget management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality food and service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards according to food safety regulations
- Manage payroll processing accurately and timely
- Analyze profit and loss budgets to identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct interviews, hire, train, and develop restaurant staff
- Provide specific behavioral feedback through regular evaluations and meetings
- Collaborate with Operations Specialist to deliver effective communications and achieve financial objectives
