Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a salaried manager
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality and food & beverage
- proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, R365 and Point-of-Sale System
- certified in Food Safety
- comprehension of P&L budgeting and financial data analysis
- ability to manage payroll accurately and promptly
- maintain high cleanliness and food safety standards
- provide specific behavioral feedback
- interview, hire, train and develop competent team members
- collaborate with Operations Specialist
- respond positively to guest feedback
- conduct weekly Level 10 meetings
- participate in P&L review meetings
- attend all EOS events as scheduled
- ability to work 14-18 hour shifts up to 6 days per week
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- stand for extended periods
- reach, bend and stoop frequently
- open availability nights and weekends
- minimum 35-45 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a salaried restaurant manager
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality and food & beverage
- proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Restaurant365, and Point-of-Sale Systems
- Food Safety certification
- strong understanding of P&L budgeting and financial analysis
- ability to write and deliver behavioral feedback
- experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- resilience and adaptability in challenging situations
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- manage payroll accuracy and processing
- maintain high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and food and beverage quality
- interview, hire, train, and develop team members
- deliver behavioral feedback and conduct performance reviews
- attend P&L review meetings and execute financial plans
- collaborate with Operations Specialist to communicate company initiatives
- seek and respond to guest feedback
- ensure compliance with Food Safety standards
- conduct weekly Level 10 meetings
- complete daily, weekly, and monthly operational checklists
- accomplish assigned projects using the Getting What You Want tool
