Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a salaried manager
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality and food & beverage
  • Certified in Food Safety
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, R365, and Point-of-Sale System
  • Ability to comprehend P&L budgeting and analyze data
  • Ability to oversee payroll accuracy and processing
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food & beverage quality
  • Ability to write and deliver specific behavioral feedback
  • Ability to interview, hire, train, and develop certified trainers
  • Ability to work independently with accountability
  • Open and honest communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to work 14-18 hour shifts up to 6 days per week
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Minimum 35-45 hours per week
  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Willingness to attend P&L review meetings and EOS events

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality and food & beverage
  • Previous experience as a salaried manager
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, R365, and Point-of-Sale Systems
  • Certified in Food Safety
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze P&L budgets and payroll
  • Experience in team development and training
  • Capable of managing long shifts and physical demands of the role

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations to maintain high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and food and beverage quality
  • Manage payroll accuracy and processing in a timely manner
  • Analyze financial data related to P&L budgeting to identify strengths and opportunities
  • Provide accurate and specific behavioral feedback to team members through meetings and reviews
  • Interview, hire, and train competent team members while developing certified trainers
  • Collaborate with the Operations Specialist to deliver cascading messages and achieve company goals
  • Respond to guest feedback and continuously seek improvements in service, food, and beverage quality
