Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a salaried manager
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in hospitality and food & beverage
  • proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, R365 and Point-of-Sale systems
  • certification in Food Safety
  • understanding of P&L budgeting and financial analysis
  • ability to manage payroll processes
  • skills to maintain cleanliness and food quality standards
  • ability to provide accurate behavioral feedback
  • capability to interview, hire, and train staff
  • willingness to work 14-18 hour shifts up to 6 days a week
  • ability to lift 50 pounds
  • capacity to stand for long periods
  • adaptability and flexibility
  • open availability to work nights and weekends
  • minimum 35-45 hours per week over at least 5 days

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in hospitality and food & beverage
  • previous experience as a salaried manager
  • certified in Food Safety
  • proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, R365, and Point-of-Sale systems
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to analyze financial data and manage P&L
  • experience in conducting interviews and training

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
  • manage profit and loss budgeting and financial analysis
  • ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
  • interview and hire competent team members
  • provide behavioral feedback and conduct performance reviews
  • collaborate with Operations Specialist to execute communication strategies
  • seek and respond to guest feedback
  • lead weekly management meetings
  • maintain high standards of food, beverage, and service quality
  • manage payroll accuracy and timeliness
  • complete assigned projects and adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly operational checklists
