Job Requirements
- Must have previous experience as a salaried manager
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality and food & beverage
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, R365, and Point-of-Sale systems
- Certified in Food Safety
- Ability to comprehend P&L budgeting and analyze restaurant performance data
- Ability to oversee payroll accuracy and processing
- Maintain high cleanliness, sanitation, and food quality standards
- Ability to deliver behavioral feedback through meetings and reviews
- Skills to interview, hire, and train team members
- Capacity to work independently and contribute to culture of accountability
- Provide exceptional service and timely responses internally and externally
- Openness and honesty in communication
- Adaptability and flexibility to pivot when needed
- Ability to work 14-18 hour shifts up to 6 days per week
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, and assist other team members
- Attend financial and EOS meetings as scheduled
- Ability to work nights and weekends

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a salaried manager
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality and food & beverage
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, R365, and POS systems
- Certified in Food Safety
- Competent in understanding and analyzing P&L budgets
- Skilled in interview, hiring, training, and staff development
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Experience conducting Level 10 meetings and managing operational checklists
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Manage payroll processing and accuracy
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety
- Conduct employee interviews, hiring, training, and development of certified trainers
- Provide specific behavioral feedback through regular meetings and performance reviews
- Collaborate with Operations Specialist to communicate key messages and achieve financial and operational goals
- Respond positively to guest feedback and continuously seek improvements in food, beverage, and service quality
