Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- stamina to work 10-16 hour shifts
- availability to work evenings and weekends
- mental capacity including skills, learned abilities, training, experience, and knowledge
- emotional capacity to maintain excellent customer service and teamwork
Job Qualifications
- ServSafe Food Certification
- ServSafe Alcohol Certification if applicable
- excellent organizational skills
- strong leadership and team management capabilities
- exceptional communication skills
- experience in food and beverage management
Job Duties
- Manage all food and beverage and day-to-day operations to the highest standards
- enforce and encourage policies and procedures
- comply with all health and safety regulations
- maintain excellent organizational skills
- manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced work environment
