Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- stamina to work 10 to 16 hour shifts
- mental capacity to manage skills, learned abilities, experience and knowledge related to food and beverage operations
- emotional capacity to preserve excellent customer service and team motivation
- flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- ServSafe Food Certification
- ServSafe Alcohol Certification if applicable
- excellent organizational skills
- strong communication and leadership skills
- previous experience in food and beverage management or hospitality preferred
Job Duties
- Manage all food and beverage operations to the highest standards
- enforce and encourage policies and procedures
- comply with all health and safety regulations
- organize and maintain excellent operational workflows
- provide exceptional internal and external customer service
- identify and respond proactively to customer needs and concerns
- report sales results and productivity to upper management
