Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift 50 pounds at a time
- Stamina to work 10-16 hour shifts

Job Qualifications
- ServSafe Food Certification
- ServSafe Alcohol Certification if applicable
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in food and beverage management preferred
Job Duties
- Manage all food and beverage operations to the highest standards
- Enforce and encourage policies and procedures
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Identify and proactively respond to customer needs
- Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment focused on teamwork and motivation
- Report sales results and productivity to upper management
