Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to lift 50 pounds at a time
- stamina to work 10-16 hour shifts
- flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- excellent interpersonal skills
- capacity to manage stress and maintain customer service
- compliance with all health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- ServSafe Food Certification
- ServSafe Alcohol Certification if working in a location serving alcohol
- excellent organizational and leadership skills
- experience managing food and beverage operations
- strong communication and teamwork abilities
- commitment to core values such as grit and resilience
Job Duties
- Manage all food and beverage and day-to-day operations to the highest standards
- enforce and encourage policies and procedures
- comply with all health and safety regulations
- provide excellent organizational skills in managing staff and resources
- maintain ServSafe Food Certification and ServSafe Alcohol Certification if applicable
- identify customer needs and respond proactively to their concerns
- report sales results and productivity to upper management
- manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
