Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift 50 pounds at a time
- Stamina to work 10-16 hour shifts
- Mental capacity to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Emotional capacity to maintain excellent levels of customer service
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Compliance with health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- ServSafe food certification
- ServSafe alcohol certification if working in a location serving alcohol
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in food and beverage management preferred
Job Duties
- Manage all food and beverage operations to the highest standards
- Enforce and encourage company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Maintain excellent organizational and operational standards
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service
- Proactively identify and respond to customer needs
- Report sales results and productivity to upper management
- Manage and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment
