Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to lift 50 pounds at a time
  • stamina to work 10-16 hour shifts
  • flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • mental capacity including skills, learned abilities, training, experience, and knowledge
  • emotional capacity to maintain excellent customer service and manage teams
  • time capacity and self-discipline to effectively manage working hours

Job Qualifications

  • ServSafe Food Certification
  • ServSafe Alcohol Certification if working in a location serving alcohol
  • excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • customer service expertise
  • experience in food and beverage operations management

Job Duties

  • Manage all food and beverage operations and day-to-day activities to the highest standards
  • enforce and encourage adherence to company policies and procedures
  • comply with all health and safety regulations
  • maintain excellent organizational skills for efficient operation
  • provide proactive customer service by identifying needs and addressing concerns
  • foster open communication and teamwork within the staff
  • report regularly to upper management on sales results and productivity
