Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to lift 50 pounds at a time
  • must have stamina to work 10-16 hour shifts
  • serve safe food certification
  • serve safe alcohol certification if applicable
  • excellent organizational skills
  • flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • ServSafe food certification
  • ServSafe alcohol certification if working in a location serving alcohol
  • prior experience managing food and beverage operations preferred
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • capability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Manage all food and beverage and day-to-day operations to the highest standards
  • enforce and encourage policies and procedures
  • comply with all health and safety regulations
  • maintain excellent organizational skills
  • preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • identify customer needs and respond proactively
  • report to upper management regarding sales results and productivity
  • manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
  • promote two-way communication and nurture ownership among team members
