Job Requirements

  • Must be completely certified on all stations using Blaze Training Program
  • must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • good verbal and written communication skills
  • capable of communicating effectively with upper management, guests, and co-workers
  • reliable personal transportation to work
  • valid driver’s license
  • proof of insurance
  • must have telephone or reliable method of communication
  • must be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • must maintain an open door policy
  • able to work a standard 50 hour work week
  • able to work flexible hours as needed
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • able to bend and stoop
  • able to work around heat
  • able to work in close quarters
  • able to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
  • able to work long hours

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • fully certified on all stations using Blaze Training Program
  • good verbal and written communication skills
  • bi-lingual skills are a plus
  • ability to get results through others
  • strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • comfortable interacting with guests and co-workers
  • ability to view operations from guest perspective
  • ability to meet performance standards
  • basic computer knowledge

Job Duties

  • Model and create an environment where the guest is always right
  • respond positively and quickly to guest concerns and follow up to prevent issues
  • maintain restaurant to meet or exceed company standards for fast, fun, friendly service
  • follow Blaze Training Method to train new skills and responsibilities
  • treat employees with dignity and respect
  • prepare employees for promotion and develop shift leaders
  • train, coach, and provide performance feedback
  • make decisions on performance-related issues
  • provide counseling and discipline with documentation
  • communicate team goals and coach employees
  • hire high-quality staff

  • develop and execute business plans including fiscal responsibilities and marketing
