Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of college in business, hospitality management or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years management experience in quick service dining
  • valid driver's license and good driving record
  • basic knowledge of computers
  • ability to work varied hours and days
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to problem solve
  • high sense of urgency
  • self motivated
  • excellent team building skills

Job Duties

  • Maximizes financial performance and profit of restaurant
  • analyzes business performance and initiates corrective actions
  • ensures restaurant provides quality product and customer service
  • maintains quality, service and cleanliness standards
  • schedules sufficient staff to meet guest flow
  • recruits, selects, orients, trains and manages staff performance
  • conducts crew meetings on operations, promotions, safety and training
  • complies with company policies and communicates changes to team
  • enforces sanitation, safety and security policies
  • maintains building and equipment per standards and regulations
  • leads local store marketing efforts
  • manages inventory and controls stock
  • handles all cash and ensures cash procedures
  • models and encourages shared values focused on customer satisfaction and workforce integrity
