Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field preferred
- minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a full-service branded hotel
- Hilton brand experience preferred
- proven ability to manage large-scale hotel operations
- strong financial management skills
- excellent leadership and communication abilities
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a full-service branded hotel, gm or executive committee level
- Hilton brand experience highly desirable
- demonstrated ability to lead large-scale operations, 200 plus rooms, with strength in food and beverage, group business, and guest experience
- strong financial acumen, with proven ability to achieve performance targets
- exceptional leadership and communication skills, able to inspire, coach, and build high-performing teams
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee the full hotel operation, including rooms, food and beverage, sales, engineering, and finance, ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction
- serve as the brand ambassador for Rebel Hotel Company, championing our culture and values throughout all levels of the hotel
- drive operational excellence through strong leadership, strategic planning, and flawless execution of brand standards and service initiatives
- lead and mentor department heads, cultivating a collaborative and empowered team environment
- develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cost controls to maximize profitability and owner returns
- maintain strong relationships with ownership, guests, associates, and brand representatives
- ensure compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and franchise requirements
- guide capital projects and property improvement initiatives as needed
