Job Duties
- Lead the recruitment and development of a high-performing team
- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring facility cleanliness and readiness
- Manage scheduling and coordination of training sessions and guest services
- Implement maintenance protocols to maintain facility standards
- Drive guest-centric service and promptly address concerns
- Track and achieve key performance indicators including revenue and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate on community marketing initiatives and represent TOCA in local events
