Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years quick service restaurant experience with 2+ years in a leadership position
- valid driver's license
- ability to lift equipment and cases of product weighing approximately 10-50 lbs
- must be able to speak and hear clearly on the telephone and in person
- must be able to operate a computer such as desktop or tablet

Job Duties
- maintain fast, accurate service and provide excellent customer service responding to guest questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure positive resolution and guest recovery
- train, develop, coach, and evaluate employee performance and ensure systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
- maximize store sales goals versus budget including participation in marketing programs
- oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
- train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
- work with the leadership team to meet sales goals
- manage food and labor costs
- execute company policies and procedures ensuring compliance with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
