Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years quick service restaurant experience with 2+ years in a leadership position
  • valid driver's license
  • ability to lift equipment and cases of product weighing approximately 10-50 lbs
  • must be able to speak and hear clearly on the telephone and in person
  • must be able to operate a computer such as desktop or tablet

Job Duties

  • maintain fast, accurate service and provide excellent customer service responding to guest questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure positive resolution and guest recovery
  • train, develop, coach, and evaluate employee performance and ensure systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
  • maximize store sales goals versus budget including participation in marketing programs
  • oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
  • train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
  • work with the leadership team to meet sales goals
  • manage food and labor costs
  • execute company policies and procedures ensuring compliance with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
