Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel management
  • proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of hotel operations and financial management
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • commitment to upholding company values and culture

  • experience managing budgets and forecasting

Job Duties

  • Hire, mentor, and lead a passionate management team aligned with company values
