Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hotel management or related business field preferred
- minimum 3 years' experience in rooms and/or food and beverage functions
- strong business communication skills verbal and written
- strong presentation skills
- knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
- high work ethic and self-initiative
- strong computer skills in Microsoft Suite
- some travel may be required
- regular attendance
- proven record of commitment and professionalism in a 24/7 operation
- professional image
- basic computational ability

Job Duties
- Practice a culture of guest service in all you do
- promote courtesy, goodwill and a positive attitude in each and every encounter
- anticipate guest needs and respond promptly
- acknowledge all guests, maintaining positive guest relations
- resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
- coordinate special programs, functions and incentives to improve guest service
- work cooperatively with fellow associates
- effectively lead the executive committee to reach the goals of the property
- develop and assure achievement of hotel revenues and profits utilizing forecasting, P&L management, RevPAR
- ensure property compliance in all departments
- grow the business year over year
- ensure product quality to allow future bookings and maximize revenue
- coach and develop leaders to exceed performance expectations
