Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum of 3 years experience in hotel management
- strong leadership and motivational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage budgets and financial targets
- knowledge of brand standards and hotel operations
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a general manager or in select service hotel operations
- strong sales and networking skills with a track record of driving financial results
- excellent leadership abilities, including hiring, mentoring, and team motivation
- organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- prior GM and Marriott experience preferred
- 3-5 years hotel management required
