Job Duties
- Managing budgets and financial plans and controlling expenditure
- Maintaining statistical and financial records
- Setting and achieving sales and profit targets
- Recruiting, training, and monitoring staff
- Planning work schedules for individuals and teams
- Appropriately responding to and resolving guest concerns
- Addressing problems and troubleshooting
- Ensuring events and conferences run smoothly
- Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings to preserve hotel assets
- Maintaining relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Ensuring a safe and secure environment for all guests and associates
- Maintaining appropriate inspections of the property as required by organization and brand
- Ensuring property meets brand guidelines and expectations for service and all standards
- Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations
- Performing various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
