Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience
- proficiency with point of sale systems
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage financial and operational aspects of a store
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to handle cash and perform audits
- understanding of labor laws, preferably California
- passion for promoting healthy lifestyles
- flexible work availability
- effective problem-solving and customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience
- point of sale system experience, knowledge of NCR is a plus
- ability to review and present profit and loss statements
- skills in food and labor cost management
- proficiency in food preparation and cash handling
- working knowledge of California labor laws
- passion for healthy food and living
- flexibility to work varying schedules
- multilingual ability is a plus
Job Duties
- build and lead the store team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- operate the store ensuring brand standards and operational excellence
- hire, train, and coach employees to perform at their best
- manage daily cash handling and conduct regular audits
- oversee food safety practices ensuring compliance with health regulations
- monitor and manage profit and loss statements to meet financial targets
- engage with the local community through promotions, partnerships, and sampling events
