Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience
  • proficiency with point of sale systems
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage financial and operational aspects of a store
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to handle cash and perform audits
  • understanding of labor laws, preferably California
  • passion for promoting healthy lifestyles
  • flexible work availability
  • effective problem-solving and customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience
  • point of sale system experience, knowledge of NCR is a plus
  • ability to review and present profit and loss statements
  • skills in food and labor cost management
  • proficiency in food preparation and cash handling
  • working knowledge of California labor laws
  • passion for healthy food and living
  • flexibility to work varying schedules
  • multilingual ability is a plus

Job Duties

  • build and lead the store team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • operate the store ensuring brand standards and operational excellence
  • hire, train, and coach employees to perform at their best
  • manage daily cash handling and conduct regular audits
  • oversee food safety practices ensuring compliance with health regulations
  • monitor and manage profit and loss statements to meet financial targets
  • engage with the local community through promotions, partnerships, and sampling events
