- knowledge of profit and loss statement review

Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure exceptional guest service
- hire, train and coach staff to build a strong and effective team
- oversee cash handling and audit cash procedures regularly
- maintain food safety standards through regular inspections and corrective actions
- manage profit and loss statements to achieve financial targets
- handle employee relations with care and follow HR protocols
- engage with the local community through partnerships, promotions, and sampling to grow the brand
