Job Requirements
- Food Manager certification from prior experience or completion within first 30 days
- Ability to operate various machines and equipment
- Visual acuity for safety and work accuracy
- Ability to remain stationary for minimum 3 hours
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and kneel
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently
- Ability to grasp, finger, and reach
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years experience managing a fast-paced, high volume customer service-oriented business
- Proven experience controlling financial performance including revenue and cost management
- Ability to create an inclusive and dynamic team environment
- Proven ability to recruit, motivate, train, and retain staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive, self-starter who works well independently and in a team
Job Duties
- Provide frontline leadership to all team members
- Ensure financial health of the store including P&L oversight
- Create and maintain a culture aligned with Philz core values
- Train, develop, and motivate team members
- Set goals and performance expectations for the team
- Manage and resolve performance issues
- Partner with district recruiters to attract and retain diverse talent
