Job Requirements

Food Manager certification from prior experience or completion within first 30 days
Ability to operate various machines and equipment
Visual acuity for safety and work accuracy
Ability to remain stationary for minimum 3 hours
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and kneel
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently
Ability to grasp, finger, and reach
Ability to communicate effectively verbally

Job Qualifications

3+ years experience managing a fast-paced, high volume customer service-oriented business
Proven experience controlling financial performance including revenue and cost management
Ability to create an inclusive and dynamic team environment
Proven ability to recruit, motivate, train, and retain staff
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proactive, self-starter who works well independently and in a team
