Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- minimum of 12 years of experience working in the wireless technology space or direct involvement with convention/exhibitor network services
- strong familiarity with wi-fi and wired ip connectivity solutions
- ability to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale network services under tight timelines
- self-motivated with strong team-building and account relationship skills
- skilled at translating market opportunities into scalable service offerings
- ability to manage budgets and control costs
- proven leadership presence in fast-paced, high-stakes situations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- acting as the executive-in-charge for service delivery and being the senior contact to convention partners and customers
- providing onsite coverage during move-in and show open for major events to ensure successful execution
- leading multi-site teams including convention center technicians to ensure operational readiness
- ensuring accuracy and timeliness of order management and delivery
- managing network changes for show-specific configurations
- coordinating with the network operations team to ensure network availability and performance
- partnering with sales by delivering training, supporting quotes and proposals, and optimizing offers to drive adoption and revenue
- serving as executive escalation point for show organizers
- setting team performance expectations, training paths, and quality standards
- maintaining and improving convention services, escalation paths, and incident management
- collaborating with other convention GMs to ensure service delivery consistency and improve SOPs
- creating and fostering relationships with convention center authorities, operators, exhibitors, and vendors
