Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of management experience related to full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Ability to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with budgeting and financial planning
- Skilled in staff training and development
- Ability to manage multiple departments and handle HR issues
- Proficiency in POS register systems
- Commitment to exceptional guest service

Job Duties
- Help develop financial operational plans/budgets and monitor their performance to achieve your center's financial goals, including driving food & beverage sales
- Review and control labor costs and other expenses
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your center, scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating effectively with your team
- Supervise and direct regular training for all staff members and ensure their proficiency in guest service, food & beverage operations, loss prevention, and company operating standards
- Manage multiple departments efficiently and conduct regular meetings with your management team to review performance and offer direction
- Help keep morale high for your team and address any center-level HR or loss prevention issues as they arise
- Achieve and maintain overall guest service goals and ensure that customer complaints are resolved appropriately
- Oversee the management and expansion of your center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
- Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
