Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of large venue or multi-unit management experience
  • Experience with premium and concessions management preferred
  • Proven direct profit and loss responsibility
  • Ability to lead large teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Physical capability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
  • Willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of large venue or multi-unit management experience
  • Experience in premium and concessions management preferred
  • Direct P and L responsibility in a similar environment
  • Ability to lead a large team of culinary and operations managers in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Job Duties

  • Full P and L responsibility for food and beverage operations
  • Manage the client relationship and provide hands-on execution and leadership of operations
  • Lead a large team of managers and workforce across multiple units and concepts
  • Develop new concepts to increase revenue sources for public foods, concessions, premium service, and catering outlets
  • Partner with the regional Vice President of Operations to plan and execute business development strategies for growth
  • Recruit and develop new and existing managers
  • Interact regularly with clients, venue guests, and team members
  • Ensure compliance with Aramark's standards of operation, including safety and business conduct policies
