- Must be able to obtain an ABLE license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in management
- Flexibility to work nights weekends and holidays

- Maintain a professional appearance at all times by adhering to the establishment's dress code standards ensuring a polished and professional image is presented to guests
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and direction to all departments including operations finance human resources and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives including revenue growth and cost control measures
- Foster a culture of exceptional guest service employee engagement and operational efficiency
- Oversee hiring training and development initiatives to cultivate a high-performing team
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
