Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a management role within the foodservice industry
- Active and valid driver license during employment
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Adherence to professional appearance and grooming standards
- Capability to follow all company policies and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant or foodservice management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to manage financial results including budgeting and cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in foodservice
- Proficient in using scheduling and reporting software such as Hot Schedules and Micros Enterprise/Aloha
- Valid driver's license
Job Duties
- Oversee daily foodservice operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain and improve systems for food ordering, receiving, storage, preparation and serving
- Ensure compliance with franchise, lease, and brand standards including health inspections
- Train, motivate and develop management and hourly staff to meet performance goals
- Control costs related to sales, labor, and cash handling
- Monitor sales, labor, and fraud using Micros Enterprise/Aloha reporting system
- Build positive relationships with airport teams and franchisors to enhance operations and business growth
