Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a management role within the foodservice industry
  • Active and valid driver license during employment
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • Adherence to professional appearance and grooming standards
  • Capability to follow all company policies and procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurant or foodservice management
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to manage financial results including budgeting and cost control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in foodservice
  • Proficient in using scheduling and reporting software such as Hot Schedules and Micros Enterprise/Aloha
  • Valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily foodservice operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Maintain and improve systems for food ordering, receiving, storage, preparation and serving
  • Ensure compliance with franchise, lease, and brand standards including health inspections
  • Train, motivate and develop management and hourly staff to meet performance goals
  • Control costs related to sales, labor, and cash handling
  • Monitor sales, labor, and fraud using Micros Enterprise/Aloha reporting system
  • Build positive relationships with airport teams and franchisors to enhance operations and business growth
