- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, food and labor cost control

- Minimum education requirement - Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum management experience - 2 years
- Minimum functional experience - 2 years

Job Duties
- Build and maintain a strong client relationship
- Manage all financials including budget, forecasting, and cost controls
- Lead menu planning, ordering, and inventory
- Drive catering production and ensure quality execution
- Balance duties as 70 percent hands-on Chef and 30 percent administrative leader
- Oversee food and labor cost standards
- Manage and motivate a team of 4 hourly employees
- Handle HR-related responsibilities including scheduling, payroll, and training
