Job Duties
- build and maintain strong client relationships
- manage budgets, ordering, and inventory

- oversee menu planning, catering production, and micro-market offerings
- maintain a 60/40 split between hands-on culinary work and administrative duties
- handle HR-related tasks including scheduling and team development
