Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a General Manager of hospitality within a luxury lounge or high-end hotel
- broad financial and business acumen
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
- deep understanding of service principles
- ability to manage multiple priorities and exhibit a passion for high-level customer service
- attention to detail and a keen eye for maintaining high standards in a luxury setting
Job Duties
- manage the day-to-day operations of a premium luxury airport lounge to include food and beverage, facilities, wellness, concierge services and other amenities
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- develop and maintain client, customer, and guest relationships
- motivate, coach, mentor and develop managers, frontline (hourly) staff
- ensure Sodexo standards are met and provide an exceptional guest experience to passengers
