Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience as a General Manager in hospitality within a luxury lounge or high-end hotel
  • Broad financial and business acumen
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all organizational levels
  • Deep understanding of service principles
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a premium/luxury airport lounge including food and beverage, facilities, wellness, concierge services, and other amenities
  • Achieve company and client financial targets and goals
  • Develop and maintain client, customer, and guest relationships
  • Motivate, coach, mentor and develop managers and frontline staff
  • Ensure Sodexo standards are met and provide an exceptional guest experience to passengers
