Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of college in business, hospitality management or related field or equivalent related experience
- 3-5 years management experience in quick service dining concept
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Ability to work varied hours and days to oversee restaurant operations

- College degree preferred
- 3-5 years management experience in quick service dining
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of effective communication with customers, staff and co-workers
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Basic computer knowledge
- Financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
- Ability to problem solve toward positive conclusions
- High sense of urgency
- Self motivated
- Excellent team building skills
- Proven ability to achieve and maintain desired results
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Ability to work varied hours and days
Job Duties
- Maximizes financial performance and profit of restaurant
- Analyzes business performance and initiates corrective actions when financial deviations occur
- Ensures restaurant provides quality product and customer service experience
- Ensures Quality, Service and Cleanliness measures meet or exceed company standards
- Schedules sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow
- Handles recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and performance management of staff
- Conducts crew meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training
- Complies with company policies and communicates changes to team members
- Enforces sanitation, safety, and security policies
- Maintains building and equipment according to standards
- Leads local store marketing efforts
- Maintains adequate product inventory and controls to meet company standards
- Ensures cash handling procedures are adhered to
- Models and encourages shared values focusing on customer satisfaction and integrity
